Ray Kimball charged with obtaining money by bogus drafts escaped from Cole County Jail yesterday afternoon. Authorities located no trace by late night. A second blaze broke out at 3 P M yesterday in the attic of Earl Grant's Woodcrest residence. Firefighters cooled the flames quickly but a roof hole and ruined plaster followed. Truck Driver Narrowly Escapes After Wreck at West Main and Walnut
