Kansas City May 6 The Jackson county grand jury investigating housing trust charges presented against Frank M Mills paugh suspended state finance commissioner failed to return an indictment. Assistant attorney general W L Vandeventer aided the inquiry and is said to have asked for Mills paughs indictment over a 1923 $500 payment in receivership proceedings for the National Loan and Savings Depository of Kansas City.
