Phoenix March 21 AP The Arizona board of pardons and paroles weighs whether Winnie Ruth Judd should die hearing Halloran deny involvement in the disposal of Agnes Leroy and Hedvig Samuelson bodies. Halloran says he saw no Judd after Oct 15 and did not know about the slayings until bodies found in Los Angeles. Judd, convicted February 1932 for murder of Mrs Leroi, has one reprieve while her self defense claim is probed.
