Cars Damaged In Local Crash At High And Fulkerson
Automobiles driven by Quinter Heisler and Ed Vieth of this city were badly damaged in a late night collision at High and Fulkerson Streets. Heisler in a Studebaker touring traveled east while Vieth went south on Fulkerson. Both were speeding but none were injured.

Morris Adelman waived preliminary hearing after being charged with writing a worthless $7 check to Billy Mueller of the B and M Sandwich Shop. Miss Ruth Collins Dies in Denver Colorado
Nine year old Ruth Collins daughter of Mr and Mrs Arthur Collins formerly of Jefferson City died Friday evening at the family home in Denver Colorado after several days of illness from pneumonia. She is survived by a younger brother and her parents who moved from the city a few years ago. Funeral services and burial were held in Denver.

Ex-Soldier To Be Taken To Veterans Hospital
J Underhill an ex-soldier found semi conscious on Missouri Pacific tracks near the city Friday will be sent to a veteran's hospital in St. Louis for treatment. He was brought here after being found by railroad workers and was questioned by Missouri Veterans of Foreign Wars officials in session here.
