He weighs only 82 pounds, down from 145, and remains unable to walk outside. His mother Mrs. Margaret O Leary hopes a solution is found, noting a brief relief in Arizona. Physicians suspect adhesions from peritonitis but no surgery has been performed to diagnose the cause. His condition leaves him exhausted yet he stays cheerful and contemplates ceramics to cope. The family may consider another trip to Arizona if affordable.
