Glasgow man elected Jefferson Bank president
Harold W. Westhues of Glasgow was chosen president and board member of Jefferson Bank of Missouri in Jefferson City on Wednesday. Dr. Robert H. Tanner of Jefferson City was elected to the board. The bank, chartered in October 1964, plans to begin operations late this summer at Southwest Boulevard and Dunklin Street. Westhues, 36, previously led Glasgow Savings Bank and held various civic posts. Tanner is a Missouri native and University of Missouri graduate.
