Alvie Hendrix present at the wedding waived preliminary hearing along with Ernest McMillan. Hendrix and Ernest McMillan are jailed on 10000 bonds awaiting October trial. Richard McMillan was shot May 15 at Elk Horn eight miles west of Richmond during a fight in which Ernest McMillan reportedly suffered a broken jaw. The elder McMillan denied involvement of his former wife in the trouble.
