Funeral Held Thursday For a Jamestown Man
Funeral services were held at the Evangelical and Reformed church for Joan Berger 84 who died Monday night at a Fulton hospital. Born in Teagan Switzerland October 10 1868 he married Marianna Ludi April 22 1889 and they moved to Boonville then a Jamestown area farm. Surviving are three sons John Independence Fred Hutchinson Kans Frank Jamestown and five daughters Mrs Fritz Hossman California Mo Mrs Newton Brizendine Bunceton Mrs Harry Moore High Point and Mrs G L Dietzel and Mrs Clara Dietzel Jamestown. He leaves 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
