Jordan Perry Jr. was arrested in Baltimore and linked to the money. Two men were questioned. Edward A Bennett was detained on suspicion of being an accessory.

Governor signs prison upgrade bill for Missouri
Gov. Phil M. Donnelly signed a $15.35 million prison reform bill including $10 million for a new medium security prison near Jefferson City.
