Neal Bowman of Jamestown Tennessee was found guilty of killing his 17 year old friend Conner Franklin during a quarrel. Bowman received a death sentence by electric chair in Harrodsburg Kentucky. The body was dumped in a lake and later recovered by divers following a confession from Stanley Mercer, Bowman's fellow conspirator.
