Kidnap Suspect Held In Jail In Russellville
A 2 year old Russellville man was jailed after allegedly kidnapping his former girlfriend, 19. Sheriff Wyman Basinger said the arrest followed a call from the girlfriend’s brother at the mother’s home in Russellville.
