Holts Summit woman dies in holiday crash
Delphine V. Bobbitt, 83, of Holts Summit, died in a head on collision on U.S. 63 in Osage County at 7:55 p.m. Sunday during the Christmas holiday weekend. Elmer C. Wankum, 34, and Catherine M. Wankum, 32, of Jefferson City, were in satisfactory condition at St. Mary’s hospital. Their children Shirley A. Wankum, 5, and Christie M. Wankum, 4, were in fair condition. a third child was unspecified in the report.
