Four men were arrested at the rear of a J C Penney store at a suburban Atlanta shopping center after officers spotted them entering and discovered an acetylene torch hole cut in the safe. The suspects Joe C Cash 25 an escapee from Franklin Tennessee Jackie W Phillips 23 Billy Lewallen 20 and Billy Joe Sorrells 18 were held without bond on attempted burglary charges.
