Washington December 23 AP Two new steps to deter sabotage of munitions plants were announced by the Navy. Contracts must include a clause for confidential reports if espionage or sabotage danger is suspected and require disclosure of employees citizenship or alien status. Contractors may be barred from employing designated undesirable workers. A House bill seeks federal powers to act against sabotage of export goods. Attorney General Jackson noted existing laws cover defense materials but not export goods.
