Mobile home rules adopted by St Martin's town board
The St Martin's town board adopted an ordinance setting minimum standards for mobile home lots. New lots without central sewage must be at least 15 000 square feet with a 70 foot front, while lots with central sewage require at least 8 000 square feet.
