Missouri seeks relief funds for January February totals
An application to the Reconstruction Finance Corporation for a Missouri relief fund of 333,185 dollars for January and February was sent to Washington by Prof. Walter Burr, with Governor elect Guy B. Edward D. Pollock a 54 year old railway mail clerk on the Kansas City to Chicago run pleaded guilty in Federal Court to embezzling three five dollar bills from a letter addressed to Lawrence Kansas He was sentenced to five years in Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary Authorities said at his arrest he had 29 letters in his possession from the morning run

Fire damages bathhouse on Coney Island boardwalk
