He served as fifth vice president of the State Federation of Labor.

Mrs Linsenbardt Dies At Her Home In Lohman
Mrs Barbara Linsenbardt died Sunday morning at her Lohman home. 84, daughter of the late Nicholas and Rose Pistel, born near Lohman May 28 1864. Husband Julius preceded her in July 1944. Survived by six sons and four daughters in Lohman Russellville Jefferson City and others. 31 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren and a sister Mrs Frank Stubinger. Member of St Pauls Lutheran Lehman. Funeral arrangements incomplete.

Flying Crow derailed after collision near Neosho
A Kansas City Southern Flying Crow diesel locomotive and two baggage cars derailed at McElhayne Mo five miles south of Neosho after sideswiping a freight train moving onto a siding. Two boxcars and the caboose of the southbound freight were demolished. Engineer Billy Bryant suffered bruises and Conductor George Nail received a foot injury. no passengers were hurt.

Expelled MSU student investigated for Communist ties
James Zarichny a Michigan State College senior from Mt Morris Mich who had been investigated for Communist activity by a state senate committee last spring was expelled today. Dean Crowe said he violated terms of disciplinary probation and may not re enroll. The letter did not disclose the violation.
