Gerard Bernard Veltrop, 47, of 1803 California St., pleaded not guilty to second degree burglary and stealing during Law Day actions in Cole County Circuit Court. The case was continued to Jan. 16. A Dec. 7 break-in at Apache Flats Skelly Station yielded more than 200 stolen items valued between 5,000 and 10,000 dollars. Richard Glenn Cave, Bret Hohenstreet, Elvin W. Scrivens Fined and Jailed for Vodka Theft
