Ex convict cleared in murder case at Brinkley Ark
A 31-year-old ex convict Samuel A Hewett was cleared tonight in the murder of Mrs Milton Fuller wife of two Brinkley businessmen. Hewett had been questioned for two days after being found on a farm 15 miles north of NeWalla Bluff. He denied being in Brinkley Saturday or Sunday and has parole from a federal prison. Sheriff McKenzie announced Hewett had no connection to the slaying.
