Slaying suspect hunted in Edwardsville case
Madison County and FBI released at points bulletins for 41 year old Robert A Hager of Scott City Mo sought in the slaying of MFA Insurance Co. Edwardsville branch manager Wells. Wells was found shot and beaten in the trunk of his car in East St Louis. Barbara Hager is also sought. Wells had testified at Hagers trial and Hager previously sentenced to five years in federal prison.

Arkansas crash claims six lives near Plumerville
Six people, five elderly in a single car, were killed in a two vehicle crash on U S 64 near Plumerville Arkansas. The car burst into flames after a collision with a pickup truck. The car reportedly veered out of control and was struck in the opposite lane. The pickup driver died at a Little Rock hospital.
