Missouri Supreme Court issued over 40 opinions on criminal cases. It affirmed life and lengthy sentences for murderers, granted a new trial for a second degree murder defendant, and upheld multiple first degree robbery convictions with years ranging from two to twenty. New trials and manslaughter verdicts were also addressed across several counties.
In Warekensburg Mo Frank G Harris lieutenant governor elect led a Chamber of Commerce luncheon honoring himself and nine newly elected state legislators.
