Ernst Braun Dies at Home of Pneumonia
Ernst Braun, longtime Jefferson City director at the Building and Loan, died at home of pneumonia after tearing out masonry in a fit upon the continued page. A German Army veteran of the Franco Prussian war era, he settled in the United States and married Kate Kiehler fifty four years ago in Jefferson City. Survived by his widow, two children Emma Pippert and Adolph W. Braun, two grandsons and one great grandson, he was the last of eleven siblings. Funeral at the Evangelical church with River View cemetery burial.
