Wayrie T. Jones, 29, of 660e Senate Court, has been missing since about 7 p.m. November 24 after leaving Frankenstein following a coworker’s wedding. He worked as a Westinghouse foreman and not returned to his apartment or work. Authorities, including city police, Cole County sheriff, and the Highway Patrol, say it is too early to rule out foul play. An aerial search of roads from Frankenstein to Jefferson City found no trace of Jones or his 1969 dark brown Chevrolet with plate B7A 364. He is described as 5’9”, about 165 pounds with blond hair.

Car train crash kills Dixon couple
