In JaHarson City Missouri December 7 1977 incumbent First Ward Councilman F E Buck Robinson a Democrat filed to seek re election for a second term. He will face Thomas W Barry who filed last week. Filing closes December 27 with Feb 7 primary and April 4 general election scheduled under a new state law shifting election management to the county. Other ward incumbents have not declared.
