A man posing as a Maryville lightning rod company salesman charged 125 dollars for repairs, then asked for a 962.50 check promising a 1.20 refund, cashed the check in forty minutes and vanished. Authorities seek a white male about 40 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, medium build with dark brown hair in a dark blue suit driving a dark green car.

MSTA could be expelled from NEA over unification plan

Training planes collide over South Carolina
In a night interception training exercise a jet fighter and a transport plane collided and crashed near Conway and Loris in northeastern South Carolina.
