Bill to provide monthly family support for military dependents

Deaths Elmer D Duncan Dies at 26 in St Marys Hospital

Elmer D Duncan 26 died Sunday at St Marys Hospital after eight years of illness. He was born November 20 1923 near Henley the son of Ray and Grace Duncan both deceased. He lived with his sister in Marion and was a Baptist. Services today burial at Hickory Hill. Survived by sister Alma Jane Duncan Jefferson City and Mrs Clarence Connell.

Mother of PSC Official Dies at St. Joseph

Mrs. K. B. Randolph mother of Public Service Commissioner John P. Randolph died in a St. Joseph hospital at age 84. She was widow of Judge K. B. Randolph of St. Joseph. Survived by son Louis of St. Joseph, two daughters Mrs. J. C. Manning of Indianapolis and Mrs. Harold Stewart of Hamburg Iowa, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Four Girls and a Boy Born at St Marys Hospital

Four girls and one boy were born yesterday at St Marys Hospital. Daughters were born to George Goedde at 1201 East High, James Bird at 1408 East Elm, Harold Benedict at 1408 East Miller, Louie Patterson at 613 Mulberry, and Jerry Melton at 419 Broadway, with the Meltons also welcoming a son.
