Farm lands and California Railroad Co. grant lands revested in the United States by act of Congress dated June 6 1914. About two million three hundred thousand acres to be opened for homesteads and sale. Timber and agricultural lands with prime areas and climate data. Synopsis of the Canadian North-West Land Regulations states a sole head of a family or male 18 or older who has been a British subject or allied neutral since the war may obtain a quarter section of available Dominion land in Manitoba Saskatchewan or Alberta. Applicant must appear in person at the Dominion Lands Agency or Sub-Agency for the district. Entry is allowed on specified conditions after six months residence and cultivation of the land.
