West Virginia Senate Advances Prohibition Tightening Bill
A new West Virginia bill adds section 34 to the 1913 act, prohibiting receipt or possession of intoxicating liquors from common or other carriers. It targets shipments for personal use and interstate transfers, with fines from 100 to 200 dollars and possible three months imprisonment.
