On December 1 changes take effect across the Comox and Wellington operations. Thomas A. Spruston becomes Wellington Mines superintendent at Ladysmith replacing J H Cunningham who resigns to join Hast. Frank Jaynes moves from No 6 to No 7 Bevan replacing Spruston. Hugh Sloan is named manager of Nos 6 and 6 at Comox, succeeding Jaynes.
