Cumberland City Council appoints license and police commissioners
At a Monday meeting Mayor Parnham and Aldermen Bate Banks and Henderson approved official recognition of the Girl Guides of Cumberland. Aldermen D R Macdonald and Thos D McLean named license commissioners. Thos E Bate and N McFadyen named police commissioners for 1916.
