United States Marshal seized The Times newspaper today under Judge Durrell orders in the bankruptcy suit of J. McKee. McKee formerly partnered with Weed Wilters and Co. Seizure halted publication with 75 employees suddenly unemployed. No issue tomorrow. More developments expected.
