Halloween Safety Rules For Children
Do not allow children to carry lighted candles or lanterns. Use flashlights for visibility and safer street crossing. Chaperone all children and limit younger kids to early evening hours. Check for poisoned candy and secure wrappers. Keep a light on at the house and keep pets away from doors. Beware cheap makeup causing irritation. Know your child’s destination and return time. Halloween can be a safe enjoyable event.
