Cuero Hospital to adopt primary nursing concept overhaul
Cuero Community Hospital plans changes in its nursing program under Sister M Paschaline and administrator Larry Krupala. The primary nursing approach assigns one RN or LVN to each patient, aiming for one-to-one care, improved communication, and clearer accountability. The move is not cost cutting and will take about a year to fully implement.
