DeWitt County Electric Cooperative announces it has filed a Compliance Assurance with the Rural Electrification Administration under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The pledge covers not to discriminate on race color or national origin in service access rates facilities meetings and participation rights. Complainants may file within 90 days with the Secretary of Agriculture or the REA in Washington DC or with the cooperative. identities are kept confidential as needed.
