New State Study To Help Water Resource Planning
The Texas Water Development Board announces Report 118 on System Simulation for Management of a Total Water Resource. The study outlines computer aided modeling for coordinated water planning across river basins and long-term operation of facilities. It details use of mathematical modeling data management and operations research to guide facility design and timing of construction.
