Alamo Lumber Co reports progress on three new houses for sale on Johnson Street with completion in 30 days under manager David Newman. Materials were provided for remodeling Mrs. Dollie Nielsen, new roofs for Katie Kensie and Millie Miller, and work on three rent houses on West French Street for Mrs. John Franklin. Concrete work includes a drive in on East Morgan, 300 yards for the Junior School foundation, and 275 yards for roof. In January the firm poured 656 yards of concrete.
