Sealed proposals for constructing 9 128 miles of sign delineation and safety lighting from the west end of the interchange with US 90 to the west end of the FM 609 overpass on Highway TH 10 in Gonzales and Fayette Counties will be received in Austin until 9 00 A M April 27 1971 and opened publicly. The contract follows the Work Hours Act and Regulation and requires bidding without discrimination on race color or national origin with prevailing wages.
