Local notes list Sabbath School times at Baptist and Free Methodist churches. Brown's promotes sales on calicoes and sailor hats while advertising rail passenger fare specials from Rock Island with dates for travel. The Grand Lodge of C8P8 met Sunday morning with Grand Master V Keal presiding. W F Sekavec of Wilson Kansas elected presiding officer for three years. Officers elected include Grand Master V Kess Vice Grand I Prymek Secretary Anton Vanoug Treasurer Frank Hovel Trustee W Sekavec. Distinguished visitors from Kansas attended. Proceedings described as harmonious with next session in Wilson Kansas in three years. The Grand Lodge is noted as the oldest Balemian organization of its kind in America.
