Two Boys Found in City Yards Early Morning
At 4 a.m. two boys aged nine and six were found loitering near the railroad yards by Paul Loudon. The nine year old was the son of John Longshore and the six year old of A C Culver. The Longshore boy was sent home to breakfast and school. The Culver boy was returned to his father with a warning that future truancy could lead to placement where he would be properly cared for.
