Rudolph Kraus a 30 year old man who is blind from self inflicted wounds after killing his wife and two children at Tobias Nebraska in 1917 sues saloonkeepers for $25 000 claiming they sold him liquor. He is serving a life sentence for murder and the trial began today in Lincoln Nebraska. The defendants are Max Schroeder Daykin and Henry Pimper Tobine. Kraus was a farmer two miles from town at the time of the shooting.

Missing Man Found Murdered by Roadside in Missouri
Jefferson City, Mo. Oct 22 Albert Anderson 23 was found dead with five bullet holes by a search party. He had been missing since Saturday after driving his mother to a picture show. He planned to sell the car after leaving her. The auto was found away from the body. Police say Anderson was shot and killed in the car, the body dragged and concealed.
