The Extension Summer School opens June 6 and runs to August 24 with a faculty including R. Slacks from Iowa State Teachers College Cedar Falls as director. Creston’s A. W. Crane and J. N. Cunningham lead administration and rural education along with directors from Carroll Bedford and Glidden for several subjects. Additional courses Rural Sociology and Rural School Methods expand the program to offer county certificates under a new law. Those without a high school diploma must still take math and economics physics exams, except twenty four weeks of physics may waive the physics exam.
