A total of 150.75 was raised by Champagne post American Legion of Creston and the women’s auxiliary from Poppy Day paper poppy sales. Proceeds support relief work for needy service men and women. 1,500 poppy towers were available. 300 remained unsold after the drive conducted downtown by girl scouts under auxiliary ward chairmen.
