In Batavia New York the eastbound Black Diamond express struck an automobile at a grade crossing near North LeRoy. Two people were killed and twenty five injured as three cars of the express derailed and overturned. The dead was identified as the automobile’s driver. Doctors were dispatched from Batavia to the scene.
