Halfway through the fourth annual Music Week in Creston reports praise the events. Burlington Plans Special Contest Train From Des Moines
The Burlington railroad runs a special Des Moines to Osceola train on Saturday night May 7 to bring high school pupils back from the Iowa City state contest. Funeral services for Frederick G. Ifman who died at 921 Wet Montgomery Street will be held Thursday at 2 30 PM at the home conducted by Rev Robert H L Robinson pastor of the First Presbyterian church. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. He had lived in Creston over 40 years and was long in the bakery business. Surviving are two children Fred M. Hines of Creston and Mrs Edla Wynn of Ferndale Mich Mrs Wynn and husband arrive this evening from Michigan.
