Harsh totaled 2,488. Carter received 1,420 votes and Jennings 1,906, while Harsh and McGrath had 1,312 and 1,176 respectively. J. W. Watt unopposed for treasurer. Total votes cast 2,724. Active campaigns included downtown offices, voter outreach, and mobilization to the polls.
