Des Moines June 29 Iowa Farm Bureau Federation told President Coolidge and President Hearst that Midwest farmers hold the administration responsible for failing to keep the 1924 pledge of economic equality for agriculture. Hearst warns that pending farm relief bills are inadequate and vows to renew the fight against defeat of McNary Haugen and to extend relief across agriculture. The group cites strong demand in numerous counties for McNary Haugen style relief and plans a renewed push in the next congressional session.
