Indians Stage Favor Dance of Sun God at Port Neuf
In Pocatello Idaho July 19 aged braves and three score Bannock and Shoshone tribesmen pursued a sun god favor ritual on the Port Neuf river totem pole grounds. Dancers, part of Fort Hall reservation, wore minimal garments and continued the four year gap in the pow wow as officials allowed the event under restraint.
