Army Camp Officer To Visit Here

June marriages and car licenses rise in Union county
In June 1927 Union county issued 19 marriage licenses, nine more than May, and 54 auto licenses. The hunting and fishing licenses now run April 1 to March 31 under a new law, with nine month validity and no price reduction. Recorder filings totaled 250 documents, including 14 warranty deeds, up from 289 in May.

Virtually all Creston shops will close for the Fourth of July with dry goods clothing shoe groceries and markets shut all day. Drug stores restaurants candy shops soda fountains and firecracker dealers stay open. No mail delivery city or country.
