A divorce was granted yesterday afternoon to Mrs. Myrtle Wilcoxson from Charles M. Wilcoxson. A motion to quash perjury in Miotmes against Albert Madison was filed yesterday. The October 1925 grand jury, which returned the bill, was not legally summoned or impaneled. No court was held today as Judge Carter left for Corydon and trial jurors are to report Tuesday morning.
