Narrow Escape After Car Hits Freight Train at New York Ave Crossing

Corning Man Milo Brink Injured in Auto Crash
Milo Brink a 68 year old Adams County farmer northwest of Corning lies at the point of death in Greater Community hospital after being struck by a car at 7 pm Saturday. He suffered a skull fracture and brain concussion and was unconscious when brought to the hospital by Roland’s ambulance at 11 pm. Brink had not regained consciousness by noon today. The car was driven by Joe Raft and Brink was walking near his home when struck. He was first taken to his home before the ambulance was called.
